Can I cancel my order?

If you want to stop or cancel an order please open contact our Live Support and provide the ID of the order you want to be canceled. We offer no guarantee that we can stop an order that is In Progress, however, if we can, we will issue a full or a partial refund for any undelivered services, depending on the completion rate of the order.
